Issaquah Highlands HOA Considerations
In the Issaquah Highlands, the Architectural Review Committee reviews exterior designs, and the city requires its stamp on the site plan and elevations before you submit the building permit. The city rules are in the Issaquah zoning guide. Materials, colors, massing, and roof forms are all subject to review. The City of Issaquah targets 4 weeks for the first review of a single-family permit, 3 weeks for the second and 1 week for each round after, counted from fee payment (April 2026), so total time runs longer. Issaquah is in King County with access to Eastside utility infrastructure.
