Medina Building and Permit Process
Medina is a small city with its own permitting process through the City of Medina. Shoreline properties require Shoreline Substantial Development permits. Many Medina lots have significant tree retention and critical area obligations. The city has strict design standards for new construction visible from public rights-of-way.
